and support the night team to deliver high-quality, person-centred careEnsure the health, safety, and well-being of residents overnightOversee medication administration, risk assessments, and care planningLiaise with external professionals and maintain detailed recordsSupport and mentor junior staff in line with CQC standardsRequirements: ? NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care ? Previous experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager ? Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills ? A full UK driving licence and access to a car (mileage paid) ?
