We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Home Manager / Service Manager to oversee three services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage three residential services
Ensure high standards of care, safety and compliance
Support, develop and supervise staff teams
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits and service improvements
Work collaboratively with families, professionals and external agencies
Maintain CQC standards and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (essential)
Strong experience managing LD/autism services
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple services and teams
Good understanding of CQC regulations
Passionate about delivering high‑quality care
