Job Title: Residential Home Manager - Dementia Care Location: Ilford Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe RoleWe're recruiting for an experienced Residential Home Manager to lead a well-established 20-bed care home that supports older people, most of whom are living with dementia or other mental health-related conditions.The home is currently at full occupancy, and the incoming manager must be ready to take full leadership responsibility from day one.
CQC registration is essential, so applicants must already be in a position to register or transfer.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running a close-knit, community-focused home and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.About the Home20-bed residential settingResidents have a mix of care needs - primarily older adults with mild to moderate dementiaThe home also supports convalescent and respite staysWell-supported by a long-standing staff teamFocus on a warm, homely environment with tailored care plansFully compliant in key areas but requires continued oversight and strong leadershipWhat We're Looking ForExperience managing a residential care home (essential)CQC-registered or eligible to register immediatelyGood knowledge of dementia care and support planningConfident leading staff, managing risk, and ensuring high standardsStrong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance requirementsA hands-on leader who leads by exampleWhat's on OfferSalary of £38,000 to £42,000 depending on experienceFull-time, permanent positionSupport from senior managementOpportunity to lead a stable service and make a real impactInterested?If you're an experienced home manager who can hit the ground running, we'd love to speak with you.
