Salary: up to £70k DOE

Bonus: £3,000 sign-on bonus

Hours: full time

Location: Derby

I'm recruiting on behalf of my client - a well-established, Ofsted-rated children's residential care provider - for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team supporting young people aged 10-18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
• Experience working as a Registered Manager
• 2+ years' experience in residential childcare
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication skills and resilience
