Location: Andover

Salary: £36,700 - £41,000+ (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday

We're working with a newly established children's home in Andover that is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a brand-new home and help shape its progression, supporting a small group of children with a 1:1 staffing ratio.

The home provides high-quality care for up to 3 children and offers a supportive environment, including the guidance of an experienced Assistant Manager to help ease your transition into the role.

The right candidate must have (essential):

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential childcare
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child protection
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The ideal candidate would have (desirable):

• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
• Experience in leading or setting up new children's homes
• Experience/ Track record of delivering high-quality, child-centred care
