Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Wakefield | Full-Time | £40,000-£43,000 + Salary Progression to £55,000

Chase Medical is recruiting on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new service based in Wakefield, supporting the development of care services across Wakefield and Barnsley.

This is an opportunity to launch and shape a new branch from the ground up, giving you genuine autonomy to build a high-performing team, establish an outstanding culture, and grow the service as it expands.

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000-£43,000 per annum

Salary Progression

As the branch grows, your salary will increase in line with service performance:

• £50,000 once combined service hours reach 2,000
• £55,000 once combined service hours reach 3,000

Bonus eligibility is linked to achieving a Good CQC rating and positive Local Authority outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team
• Recruit, induct, supervise, and appraise staff
• Ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery
• Maintain CQC compliance and regulatory standards
• Oversee care planning, quality assurance, and service reviews
• Manage staffing levels and rota coverage
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to grow the branch and improve performance

About You

We're looking for someone who can combine strong operational management with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
• A successful track record of achieving or maintaining CQC compliance
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and experience growing a service
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and adult social care regulations
• Full UK driving licence
