Description
Daffodil House is looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our service on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Priory Daffodil House is a 9-bed residential service in Pontypridd, South Wales, supporting adults aged 18-65 who are on the autistic spectrum and may present with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a service from the ground up, making a real and lasting impact on the lives of the people we support.
Our goal is to empower residents to set, work towards, and achieve meaningful life goals-enabling them to live enriched, independent, and fulfilling lives in a safe and supportive environment.

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding support
- Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for all residents
- Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
- Play a key role in shaping and growing this newly opened service
What you'll bring to the role

We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or is actively working towards it
- Has experience supporting individuals with autism (essential)
- Brings strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Is motivated to drive positive outcomes and continuous improvement
