Registered Manager - Young Adults Learning Disabilities Service
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £32,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Registered Manager to join a beloved and well-established care provider, to lead a 3-bedded, CQC-registered home supporting young adults with learning disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who understands CQC regulations inside out and has a proven track record of managing services for young adults. You will be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and compliance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and support are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the home in line with CQC requirements
- Ensuring the service remains compliant with all regulatory standards
- Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
- Promoting person-centred care and positive outcomes for residents
- Managing safeguarding, risk assessments, and care planning
- Liaising with families, professionals, and external agencies
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining a positive home environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- Experience supporting young adults with learning disabilities
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
