What you will do:
- Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Manage a caseload, providing structured one-to-one support and delivering engaging group programmes.
- Conduct detailed assessments, including risk and safeguarding, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Foster robust partnerships through collaboration with external agencies, extending support networks for clients.
- Operate independently as well as part of a small, dynamic team to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Communicate effectively to motivate and inspire individuals towards positive change and recovery.
Key Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience in implementing recovery-focused harm reduction strategies and psycho-social interventions.
- Proficiency in managing caseloads, providing individual support, and facilitating group programmes.
- Competency in carrying out thorough assessments, incorporating risk management and safeguarding.
- Expertise in establishing strong partnerships with external organisations, enhancing client support networks.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a small team environment.
