What You Will Do:

• Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psychosocial interventions
• Manage a caseload, providing structured one-to-one support and group sessions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk and safeguarding
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver holistic support
• Motivate and empower service users to achieve positive outcomes
• Build strong relationships through effective communication

Key Experience Required:

• Experience delivering harm reduction and psychosocial interventions
• Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively
• Strong skills in risk assessment and safeguarding
• Experience working with multi-agency partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
