Nursery Apprentice â Earn While You Learn


Dartford, DA1 2LP
£8.00 per hour (Apprenticeship Wage)
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5-40 hours per week with varied shifts from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

Your Role:

As a Nursery Apprentice, youâll help create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

Youâll support the team with:

  • Planning fun and engaging activities
  • Supporting childrenâs learning and development
  • Helping with mealtimes, play, and daily routines
  • Building positive relationships with children and families
  • Maintaining a safe and caring environment
  • Observing and supporting childrenâs progress

Every day is different, and youâll play an important role in helping children grow emotionally, socially, and educationally.


About the Apprenticeship:

  • Level 2 Early Years Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
  • Training delivered virtually alongside your practical experience
  • Apprenticeship duration: approximately 12â20 months
  • Full support provided from day one


Requirements

What Weâre Looking For

Weâd love to hear from you if you are:

â Passionate about working with children
â Friendly, caring, and reliable
â Eager to learn and develop new skills
â Able to travel to the nursery location

Youâll also need:

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to complete Functional Skills support alongside the course
  • Access to a laptop/computer with internet access
  • To have lived in the UK for at least 3 years for apprenticeship funding eligibility
