What You Will Do

Manage Caseloads: Take on statutory social work duties and manage a caseload of children in care. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed care plans.

Permanency Planning: Focus on creating secure, stable futures for children, developing care plans that ensure permanency and long-term security.

Build Relationships: Conduct regular visits and build trusting, supportive relationships with children, their families, and external professionals.
