We are seeking a dedicated and values-driven Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our residential service in Melton Mowbray, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism who may display behaviours that challenge.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support plans based on functional assessment
- Carry out behavioural observations and analyse data to inform best practice
- Work collaboratively with individuals, families, support staff and external professionals
- Coach, train and mentor staff teams in PBS principles and strategies
- Promote least-restrictive practices and support the reduction of restrictive interventions
- Contribute to risk assessments, incident reviews and continuous service improvement
- Ensure practice aligns with PBS values, NICE guidance and regulatory standards
Essential:
- Relevant qualification or substantial experience in PBS, psychology, behaviour analysis or a related field
- Experience working within residential or supported living services
- Strong understanding of functional assessment and PBS planning
- Excellent communication, coaching and report-writing skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed and values-led practice
- BILD-accredited PBS qualification or equivalent
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
- Experience delivering staff training and workshops
