About the Role

As a Recovery Co-Ordinator, you will manage and support adults affected by opiates, alcohol, and non-opiate substances. Your work will empower clients to set achievable goals, access the right interventions, and build confidence for long-term recovery success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, including opiate, alcohol, and non-opiate users.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, risk management, and recovery planning.

  • Deliver personalised 1:1 keyworking and group interventions to support recovery journeys.

  • Provide harm reduction advice, relapse prevention strategies, and motivational support.

  • Collaborate with prescribers, health professionals, and partner agencies to ensure holistic care.

  • Promote client engagement, wellbeing, and social reintegration within the community.

  • Maintain accurate, timely records and reports in line with service standards.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience within a substance misuse or recovery service.

  • Strong case management, assessment, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of harm reduction, treatment pathways, and recovery models.

  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary range

  • £23 per hour
