Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting.
- Relevant qualifications in childcare, such as a diploma in early years education or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for child development.
