On great transport links, this fantastic Nursery are now seeking an experienced Room Leader Third In Charge to join the nursery and management team in the daily running of their Nursery. 40 hour week, Monday to Friday offering a salary up to £36,340 depending on your experience.
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 2 years’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
