Our clients very large and beautiful day nursery in South Reading are now seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader. Working either 4 days 35 hours, salary is up to £33,300 depending on experience. With fantastic holiday benefits of 35 days including bank Holidays. On great transport links, and with onsite parking, and including Perkbox Goodies and 50% childcare discounts. Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
