Based in Hove, ou clients are now looking for an experienced room leader for their lovely setting. Working a 40 hr week, salary is up to £34,979 depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a room within a high-quality early years setting.

Requirements

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 yearâs experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
Passionate about early years and childrenâs development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
