In central Woking, our clients are seeing an experienced room leader for their busy Nursery, to step up to a Third in Charge role, working as part of the management team. Working 40 hr week salary is c£33k depending on experience, with fantastic benefits with this growing provider. On all good transport links too, walking distance from town centre.

Requirements

What are Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader/ Third in Charge Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 yearâs experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

Passionate about early years and childrenâs development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
