Nursery Regional Manager

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for an experienced Nursery Regional Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven childcare leader with multi-site management experience who is passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple nursery settings within the region.
• Support and mentor Nursery Managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards.
• Drive occupancy, performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic objectives and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous multi-site nursery management experience.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the region.
• Location: Tottenham, North London (N15)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
