What We're Looking For:<\/b><\/b>
<\/p>- A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early years education (experience not always necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential).<\/b>
<\/li> - One of the following:<\/b><\/b>
<\/li> - A Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification with Full valid Paediatric First Aid.<\/b>
<\/li> - A minimum of 3 months' experience working in UK nurseries (which we can reference check).<\/b>
<\/li> - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.<\/b>
<\/li> - Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.<\/b>
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/b>
<\/li> - A strong commitment to child safety and well -being.<\/b>
<\/li> - An Enhanced DBS check live on the Update service.<\/b>
