Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or Level 3

£30,700–£31,800 per year | 40 Hours per Week

With acres of outdoor space right on the doorstep, this is a nursery where children have plenty of room to move, investigate and turn their natural curiosity into new discoveries.

The outdoor environment is a big part of nursery life, giving children the freedom to play, explore and experience the natural world as part of their everyday learning. Indoors, the same thought has gone into creating exciting and engaging spaces, with environments that have been carefully designed around the needs of young children and the different ways they learn.

We're looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who can make the most of these environments, creating experiences that encourage children to become curious, confident and increasingly independent.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Confidence planning engaging experiences around children's interests and individual development.
• An enthusiasm for outdoor learning, exploration and active play.
• Ability to use different environments and resources creatively to extend children's learning.
• A caring, enthusiastic and collaborative approach to Early Years practice.
