Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

£28,800 per year | 40 Hours per Week | All Year Round

The nursery's spacious rooms and dedicated outdoor areas are mindfully curated and continually evolving, with resources and activities adapted around the changing interests, ideas and developmental needs of the children.

We're looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys getting involved, following children's curiosity and creating meaningful learning opportunities throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Confidence creating activities around children's individual interests and developmental needs.
• Ability to observe children's progress and use this to shape future learning opportunities.
• A creative and adaptable approach to Early Years practice.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
