Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or Level 3

£27,500–£30,500 per year | 40 Hours per Week

This Good Ofsted-rated nursery has created an environment where children are encouraged to be curious, creative and confident in the world around them. With a strong connection to nature and outdoor play, children are given plenty of opportunities to explore, discover and learn through real experiences.

There is also a thoughtful focus on creativity, helping children to understand and express their feelings, develop positive relationships and find their own ways to communicate and create.

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be part of a team providing a safe and engaging educational environment where children feel secure, supported and excited to learn each day.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based experiences.
• An understanding of children's emotional development and the importance of supporting emotional intelligence from an early age.
• Confidence planning creative, engaging and age-appropriate experiences.
