Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team at their beautifully designed, purpose-built nursery.

What You'll Need
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Make full use of the nursery's excellent indoor and outdoor facilities to create exciting learning experiences.
- Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through play-based learning.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice at all times.
