Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

£13.60 per hour | 20 Hours per Week | Permanent

Outdoor play is an important part of everyday life. Dedicated garden spaces for each age group and free-flow access allow children to move seamlessly between indoor and outdoor learning, helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy the benefits of spending time in nature.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll join a friendly team that's passionate about providing exceptional care and helping every child reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging, play-based activities that encourage children's learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Make the most of the nursery's indoor environments and dedicated outdoor spaces to provide enriching learning experiences.
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through meaningful play.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to provide exceptional early years care.
