Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

Up to £31,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for child-led learning and outdoor play.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, confidence, and development.
• Encourage children to explore, discover, and learn through play, both indoors and outdoors.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to deliver exceptional early years education.
