Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £29,200

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll join a friendly, supportive team that is passionate about providing high-quality early years education. What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Knowledge of EYFS and child development principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of safeguarding, health, and safety

  • Plan and deliver activities that support children’s learning and development
  • Work directly with children, supporting their needs and interests
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
  • Support free-flow access and outdoor learning where applicable
  • Observe, record, and assess children’s progress in line with EYFS
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
