Qualified Nursery Practitioner
£27,000–£33,000 per year | Full Time | All Year Round
This Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a warm, inspiring environment.

As a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of a passionate and supportive team that's committed to delivering outstanding early years experiences while helping every child feel happy, valued, and ready to thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's learning, creativity, and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
- Make the most of the nursery's exceptional facilities, including the art studio, activity areas, and outdoor spaces, to create exciting learning opportunities.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through play-based learning.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
