Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)
£27,000–£33,000 per year | 40 Hours per Week

This Good Ofsted-rated nursery is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly team. Set within beautiful surroundings, the nursery has been thoughtfully designed to support children at every stage of their development, with spacious, age-appropriate environments.
Inside, you'll find bright, cosy rooms that provide children with the perfect balance of comfort and inspiration. Outside, the adventure continues with a fantastic garden featuring free-flow access, a dedicated mud room, and a wide variety of resources and play areas that encourage children to explore.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll help create meaningful learning opportunities every day, supporting children as they grow in confidence and develop new skills.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and positive approach to early years education.

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
- Plan engaging, play-based activities that support children's learning and development.
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and curiosity through both indoor and outdoor experiences.
- Make full use of the nursery's beautiful woodland surroundings, free-flow garden, mud room, and outdoor resources to create exciting learning opportunities.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, supporting their individual learning journeys.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels happy, secure, and supported.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
