Nursery Practitioner

£14.00–£15.00 per hour | Level 2 OR 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

This nursery is looking for a caring and dedicated Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys creating meaningful connections with children and supporting them through every stage of their early development. Situated in peaceful surroundings, this purpose-built nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, welcoming environment where children can feel secure, explore freely, and develop at their own pace. The nursery places great importance on providing consistent care, allowing practitioners to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 2 OR 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
  • A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Someone who enjoys building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences.
  • Acting as a Key Person, developing strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Planning and delivering activities that support each child's individual learning journey.
  • Observing and recording children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain exceptional standards throughout the nursery.
  • Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing, and health and safety at all times.
