Job Description
Nursery Practitioner
Up to £30,000 per year | Level 2 or Level 3 | Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a brand-new nursery, offering the chance to help shape a setting built around exceptional early years education, meaningful relationships, and a genuine love of learning.
As a family-run nursery, this service has created a true home-from-home environment where children are encouraged to grow at their own pace. Inspired by Montessori principles, the nursery promotes independence, curiosity, and child-led learning, allowing every child to develop confidence.
With a strong Forest School approach, children spend time outside in all seasons, discovering nature, solving problems, taking appropriate risks, and developing resilience through real-life experiences.
Thanks to excellent adult-to-child ratios, practitioners have the time to build meaningful relationships and provide every child with the individual attention and support they deserve.
