Nursery Practitioner

£29,900 per year | Level 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of a dedicated and supportive team within a modern, purposefully designed nursery. Every area of the setting has been carefully created to support each stage of a child's development, providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, explore, and flourish.

The nursery is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence. Through play-based learning and carefully planned activities, children are supported to build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their full potential while feeling happy, secure, and valued every day.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and positive approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional early years education.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging activities that support children's individual learning and development.
  • Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their learning journeys.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Promote children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing through play-based learning.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
