Nursery Practitioner

£30,700 per year | Level 3 | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

This service is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly, experienced team. Rated Good by Ofsted, the nursery has built an excellent reputation for providing high-quality childcare and early years education in a spacious, modern environment.

Led by a long-standing Nursery Manager, this busy and well-established nursery offers a supportive workplace where teamwork, professional development, and creating exceptional experiences for children are at the heart of everything they do.

Children enjoy bright, thoughtfully designed learning spaces and exciting outdoor areas where they can play, discover, and build confidence through a rich programme of child-led and adult-guided activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working within an early years setting.
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop, and succeed.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and provide engaging activities that support every stage of children's development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children feel happy and confident.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support their individual learning journeys.
  • Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and the nursery's high standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive nursery team.
