Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £30,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week | All Year Round

We are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s modern setting. Blending the EYFS with Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, the nursery offers a rich, child-led learning experience where curiosity and independence thrive.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity and independence
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Make full use of the nursery's inspiring indoor environments and beautiful outdoor garden
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
