Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Term-Time)

Up to £28,300 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, child-led learning experiences
  • Make full use of the nursery's extensive outdoor spaces to support children's development
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play and exploration
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
