Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Up to £29,100 per annum + Welcome Bonus | 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their newly opened nursery, offering an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team in a beautifully designed early years setting. The nursery features light and airy rooms filled with high-quality resources that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning. What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Make full use of the nursery's free-flow indoor and outdoor environments to create exciting learning opportunities
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
