Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Montessori Nursery
Up to £29,900 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week
Are you passionate about helping children learn through exploration, independence, and hands-on discovery?
Our client is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming Montessori nursery, where every environment has been carefully designed to nurture children's natural curiosity and encourage them to become confident, independent learners.
The nursery features beautifully resourced learning rooms that support every stage of children's development, providing rich opportunities for exploration and creativity. Beyond the classroom, children enjoy an exceptional range of facilities, including a soft play area, a large garden with a dedicated space for babies, a vegetable patch and a sand pit.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework and Montessori principles
- Plan and participate in engaging learning experiences that encourage independence and curiosity
- Make full use of the nursery's exceptional indoor and outdoor facilities, including the garden, vegetable patch, sand pit, and soft play area
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
