Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £27,400 per annum | 40 Hours Per

Looking for a nursery where children are encouraged to become confident, independent learners in a calm and inspiring environment?

Our client is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Good Ofsted-rated nursery. Recently refurbished, the setting has been thoughtfully enhanced to provide bright, welcoming spaces that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning from the very beginning.

Designed to support every stage of a child's development, the nursery encourages independence through child-led experiences, while outdoor play forms an important part of each day. Children enjoy a balance of indoor and outdoor learning, giving them the freedom to explore, build confidence, and develop new skills in a safe and stimulating environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, child-led learning experiences
  • Encourage children's independence through play and exploration
  • Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor learning environments
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
