Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Up to £27,400 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week
Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Good Ofsted-rated nursery. Designed to support children's learning and wellbeing, the nursery offers spacious, thoughtfully planned indoor and outdoor environments where children are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning every day.
The calm, welcoming rooms provide an ideal space for focused play and discovery, while free-flow access allows children to move seamlessly between the indoor and outdoor environments. Outside, children can enjoy a large garden complete with a mud kitchen and plenty of space to explore, investigate, and learn through hands-on experiences in nature.

What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Make full use of the nursery's free-flow indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through outdoor play, including activities in the mud kitchen
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
