Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £27,700 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team. What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Encourage children to explore, investigate, and learn through outdoor adventures
  • Support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
  • Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor learning environments
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
