Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Up to £29,400 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and develop at their own pace?

We’re looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Good Ofsted-rated, purpose-built nursery. Designed to provide a calm, nurturing environment, the nursery places children's wellbeing, independence, and natural curiosity at the heart of everyday learning.

With a strong focus on child-led learning and the benefits of the natural environment, children enjoy free-flow access to secure outdoor play areas throughout the day. Whether they're exploring nature, developing physical skills, or engaging in imaginative play, every experience is designed to build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm, caring, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging, child-led learning experiences
  • Encourage children's independence through free-flow indoor and outdoor play
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
