Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Up to £29,900 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

Our client is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Good Ofsted-rated, purpose-built nursery. Carefully designed with children's wellbeing and development in mind, the nursery features bright learning environments that create a calm and welcoming atmosphere where children feel confident to learn, play, and grow.
A key part of the nursery's ethos is its all-day free-flow approach, allowing children to move seamlessly between the indoor learning spaces and secure outdoor areas. This encourages independence, curiosity, and meaningful learning experiences, while giving every child the freedom to learn in the way that suits them best.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Encourage children's independence through the nursery's all-day free-flow approach
- Make full use of the bright indoor environments and secure outdoor learning spaces
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
