Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Our client is looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming team. Providing high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years, the nursery has recently undergone an impressive refurbishment, creating a bright, modern, and inspiring environment where children can flourish.

What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and participate in engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
- Make full use of the nursery's creative spaces, including the art studio and outdoor learning environment
- Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
