Nursery Practitioner

£29,300 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

Working Hours: Between 7:30am – 6:00pm | Excellent Benefits Package | Career Development Opportunities

We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, play, and develop confidence through meaningful, child-led experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and participate in engaging activities that support children's learning and development
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress
  • Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
  • Make full use of indoor and outdoor learning environments to enrich children's experiences
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
