Our clients, based in Flackwell Heath, a small nursery group are seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to work in a setting committed to high-quality care and education. Working a 40 hr week, salary is c£28k depending on qualifications and experience. On good transport links with parking too.

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
