Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room
Up to £31,300 per annum | 40 hours per week | Good Ofsted Rating

Who We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Experience within a baby room – desirable
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and child-centred approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for high-quality early years care and education

Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and education within the baby room
- Supporting babies' learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate experiences
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing, assessing, and monitoring children's development
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and individual needs
- Maintaining safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
