Nursery Practitioner

£31,800 per annum

Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Ofsted Rating – Good

Our client is a Good Ofsted-rated nursery providing exceptional care and education for children from three months to five years old. With bright, airy playrooms designed and resourced to an incredible standard, a pre-school environment where children develop key skills, and a carefully curated outdoor space enjoyed all year round - this is a setting that has genuinely thought about every stage of a child's early years journey.

They are now looking for a Level 3-qualified Nursery Practitioner who shares their commitment to exceptional early years care. You'll be confident, strong on EYFS, and the kind of practitioner who takes ownership of their room, builds meaningful relationships with children and families, and consistently brings energy, warmth, and professionalism to everything they do.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Confident working across age groups from babies through to pre-school
  • Warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality, age-appropriate care and early years education for children from three months to five years
  • Working across the nursery's rooms, making full use of the excellent resources and carefully curated outdoor space
  • Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with EYFS that support children's educational, developmental, and social growth
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
  • Building warm, consistent relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Upholding the nursery's high standards of practice and contributing positively to the team
