Nursery Manager

£41,700 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a recently opened nursery that has been transformed into a beautiful, welcoming early years setting.

Following a renovation, a characterful building has been thoughtfully reimagined to create a warm, modern environment where children can flourish. The nursery offers carefully designed learning spaces that support every stage of children's development, alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care and education.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Nursery Manager who enjoys building strong teams, driving high standards, and shaping the future of a growing nursery.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Experience managing nursery operations, staffing, and occupancy
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Passion for delivering outstanding early years education

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
• Inspire, support, and develop a passionate early years team
• Create a positive and inclusive culture for children, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee occupancy, staffing, budgets, and operational performance
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals
• Monitor quality across the nursery and drive continuous improvement
• Support children's learning and development through outstanding early years practice
• Promote the nursery within the local community and contribute to its continued growth
