£41,700 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week
We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a recently opened nursery that has been transformed into a beautiful, welcoming early years setting.
Following a renovation, a characterful building has been thoughtfully reimagined to create a warm, modern environment where children can flourish. The nursery offers carefully designed learning spaces that support every stage of children's development, alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care and education.

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Experience managing nursery operations, staffing, and occupancy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for delivering outstanding early years education

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education
- Inspire, support, and develop a passionate early years team
- Create a positive and inclusive culture for children, families, and staff
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee occupancy, staffing, budgets, and operational performance
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Monitor quality across the nursery and drive continuous improvement
- Support children's learning and development through outstanding early years practice
- Promote the nursery within the local community and contribute to its continued growth
