We are looking for apassionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Managerto join our warm, welcoming and nurturing term time only nursery. Term Time Position

Your Main Role and Responsibilities

As aDeputy Nursery Manager, you will:

• Support the Nursery Manager in theday-to-day running of the nursery
• Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality care and education
• Ensure the nursery operates in line with theEYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Support staff development through guidance, mentoring and role modelling good practice
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community
• Support the monitoring of children’s learning and development to ensure high-quality practice
• Step into the Manager role when required to ensure smooth nursery operations

What We Are Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
✔ Strong understanding of theEYFS framework and safeguarding practices
✔ Previous experience in a senior practitioner, room leader or leadership role
✔ Excellent communication and team leadership skills
✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare and education
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
